Work argument with a knife ends in menacing arrest.

On October 30, 2020, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Fredrick C. Furness, 54 of Clarence, NY for Menacing 2nd and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree.

On October 30, 2020, Troopers were dispatched to Goodrich Road in the town of Clarence for two males having an argument which escalated to one of the males chasing the other with a knife.  The suspect left the scene and a vehicle description was given. 

Troopers in route to the call located the vehicle near the call.  The operator and suspect, Furness was taken into custody.  Further interviews revealed that the two males work together and had an argument that escalated. 

Furness was transported to SP Clarence and processed without incident.

Furness was issued an appearance ticket for the town of Clarence Court returnable in November 2020.
