Woman Arrested for Felony DWI Following an Accident on the Thruway.

On February 26, 2019, at approximately 8:52 p.m., State Police responded to a one car motor vehicle accident on I-190, where the uninjured driver, Stefanie J. Gould, 54, of Hamburg, NY, was found to be intoxicated. 

Gould was transported and processed at SP Buffalo, where her blood alcohol content was determined to be a .20%. 

Additionally, Gould has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and was subsequently charged with the following:

• Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; a Class E Felony.

• Multiple Vehicle and Traffic Violations.
  

Gould was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets to the City of Buffalo Court on March 8, 2019 at 9:30 a.m.
