On November 1, 2020 at 1:36 A.M., Troopers out of SP Niagara arrested Christa Donaldson, 39 of Tonawanda, NY for Driving While Intoxicated, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, Refusal to take Breath Test and other vehicle and traffic infractions.
On November 1, 2020, Troopers stopped Donaldson on Niagara Scenic Parkway in the city of Niagara Falls for traffic infractions. While interviewing Donaldson, an odor of marijuana was present. Donaldson had plastic bags of cocaine and Bupronefrin pills on her person.
Donaldson was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and transported to SP Niagara for further SFST’s from a Drug Recognition Expert in which she refused. Donaldson was transported to St Mary’s Hospital for a blood test in which she refused.
Donaldson was issued traffic tickets returnable to the city of Niagara Falls court for a later date in December 2020.
