Woman arrest for DWI twice the legal limit after hitting a fence, trees and cars in a parking lot.

On September 20, 2020 at 4:15 P.M., Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Sarah G. Finnegan, 58 of Clarence, NY for Driving while Intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic infractions.

On September 20, 2020, Troopers responded to a collision at Clarence Center Coffee Co. & Café parking lot on Clarence Center Road in the town of Clarence. Further investigation revealed that a 1970 GTO operated by Finnegan drove into the parking lot striking multiple vehicles.  Finnegan then attempted to move the vehicle and struck a fence and trees on the opposite side of the parking lot.  When Troopers interviewed Finnegan, an odor of alcoholic beverage was present.  Finnegan was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs.  Finnegan was transported to SP Clarence for processing.  Finnegan recorded a .18% BAC.

Finnegan was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Clarence court for a later date in October 2020.
