West Seneca woman arrested for DWI in Elma.



On January 4, 2019 the New York State Police in Boston arrested Camille M. Pirrone-Hess, age 54, of Union Rd in the town of West Seneca for Driving While Intoxicated.


Pirrone-Hess was stopped on Transit Rd in the town of Elma for throwing refuse out of her vehicle. The trooper interviewing Pirrone-Hess detected the odor of alcoholic beverage. Pirrone-Hess was administered sobriety tests which she failed. She was taken into custody and transported to the Elma barracks where she refused the breath test. Pirrone-Hess was processed for Driving While Intoxicated and released on tickets returnable to the town of Elma Court on 01/17/19 at 6:00 P.M.
