Erie Co Sheriffs Office is reporting the Rail Road Crossing on Town line Road is Malfunctioning and the arms are down. They have attempted to make contact with CSX to have crews fix this problem. Original reports were that Town line was closed but since has been proven wrong. Please use caution if traveling down Town line rd.
