Crews from Town Line FD, Lancaster Emergency Management & ECSO Were on scene in front of the County Barn on Cemetery Rd with a Dump Truck that hit Verizon Lines and flipped over. The driver of the dump truck made it out on his own with only minor injuries. Lancaster OEM was requested for a hydraulic spill. The Truck however was empty and ECSO continue to investigate the incident.
