Teen arrested for incident at Clarence Walmart.



On October 27, 2018 State Police Clarence Troopers responded to a report of an irate Walmart employee causing a disturbance at the Clarence Walmart. Investigation revealed a 17-year-old employee became angry over a job assignment. The dispute escalated and the subject began knocking over merchandise and harassing other employees. Upon arrival Troopers encountered the irate employee who refused to comply with commands and was subsequently pepper sprayed and arrested. Nobody was injured during the incident. The teen was processed and charged with criminal mischief 4th, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and harassment 2nd. She was released with an appearance ticket to return to Clarence Court at a later date.
