Suspect who Threatened Harm Against Buffalo Police Due in Court Today on Gun Charges



The Man Police say made threats to cause harm against Police via a Facebook posting will appear in court today on charges of 2nd Degree Criminal Possession of a loaded firearm. he is currently being held on a $500,000.00 Bond at the Erie County Holding Center.

His other charges include 2nd Degree Obstruction of a Governmental Administration, Resisting Arrest & is also being held on a US Marshals Detainer.

Arthur Jordan was arrested on Thursday, July 14th after an Buffalo Police and FBI Investigation into his post on Facebook that read "Let's start killing police. Let's see how dey like it". The threat came on the same night 12 Dallas Police Officers were ambushed of which 5 were fatally wounded.

Buffalo Police and All areas of Law Enforcement will continue to investigate any and all credible threats made against Officer.
