Stealing hygiene products will get you arrested.

On September 21, 2020 at 7:54 P.M. Troopers out of SP Niagara arrested Joshua C. Justus, 32 of Niagara Falls, NY for Petit Larceny.

On February 4, 2020, Troopers responded to CVS on Center Street in the town of Lewiston for a larceny complaint.  Further investigation revealed that an unknown male (Justus) entered the store and took numerous personal hygiene items totaling $316.78 without paying for them.  Using surveillance, DMV and other resources a warrant was issued from the town of Lewiston for Justus on July 30, 2020.  Troopers were attempting to locate Justus with negative results. 

On September 21, 2020 the Town of Niagara Police Department advised Troopers they located Justus.  Justus was turned over to Troopers. 

Justus was issued arraigned on the warrant at the town of Niagara and released on his own recognizes and is to appear at the town of Lewiston Court for a later date in September 2020.
