Mayor Brown declares a State of Emergency in the City of Buffalo and institutes a citywide curfew beginning at 10:30 pm
and lasting through 7:00 am.
All City residents are hereby required to stay home and off of the streets of the City of Buffalo or they will be subject to being charged and arrested.
County Executive Mark Polincarz Tweeted This Message At 12:30p today.
"I am issuing an updated Emergency Order , tonight there will be county-wide curfew at 9pm and ending at 6am June 1st. I am doing this based on information from law enforcement and we want to be extra cautious and ensure our community is safe."
