Speeding Results in 3 Felony Charges.



Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports 33-year-old Adriana Morgan of Buffalo was arrested following a traffic stop along River Road in the Town of Tonawanda Monday night.

At approximately 10:50 P.M., Deputy Lundberg stopped a vehicle for speeding. His investigation discovered Morgan’s license was revoked due to DWI convictions in 2013 and 2015. Subsequent to failing standard field sobriety tests and registering a BAC level twice the legal limit, Morgan was arrested and charged with a felony DWI-two previous convictions, a felony count of operating a vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher with a previous conviction, and a felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. She is also charged with speeding and drinking alcohol in a vehicle on a highway.

The defendant is held at the Erie County Holding Center pending her arraignment.
