South Glens Falls, NY man arrested for possession of LSD and Marijuana subsequent to a traffic stop.

On August 20, 2018, at approximately 3:37 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87, in the town of Lloyd for a vehicle and traffic violation. During the Trooper’s interview of the driver Andrew P. Rodriguez, age 31, of South Glens Falls, NY for the traffic violation, probable cause to search the vehicle and its occupants was established. During the search Rodriguez was found to be in possession of LSD and Marihuana. Rodriguez was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Newburgh where he was subsequently charged with:

  • Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 4th degree; a Class C Felony

  • Unlawful Possession of Marihuana; a Violation

  • Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th degree; a Class A Misdemeanor

  • Vehicle and Traffic Violation

Rodriguez was arraigned in the town of Lloyd Court, no bail information or return court date available at this time.
