SHERIFF’S APP NOW HAS COVID-19 ALERTS.

Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard announced today Erie County Sheriff’s Office app users can receive free CDC alert for COVID-19 on their smartphone.


The Erie County Sheriff's Office, along with our partners at TheSheriffsApp, is offering free CDC alerts for COVID-19 on your ECSO mobile app.


Sheriff Howard explained, “In a time where you need trusted sources for the latest information, today, the Sheriff's Offices announces our mobile app is delivering CDC alerts about the COVID-19 outbreak.”


Users can select turn on or off push notifications at any time, and the home page will display the latest news and announcements for COVID-19 as well as the Sheriff’s Office latest news, information, and social media postings.


The smartphone app is free and can be downloaded in the App Store, Google Play, or from this link https://apps.myocv.com/share/a18514201.
