Sheriff Releases Car Seat Inspection Schedule.

Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard announces his office will be hosting a free car seat inspections Saturday, January 26, from 9 A.M. to 2 P.M. at the Springville Fire Hall located at 405 West Main Street, Springville.

Sheriff’s Office certified car seat technicians will inspect car seats for any damage or faulty mechanisms as well as the seat’s installation.

The fire company has generously made the truck bays available, and all inspections will occur in a heated garage. 

The event is a free service offered by Sheriff Howard and the Erie County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff Howard is also announcing the 2019 Winter Schedule list of car seat inspection dates and locations.

All events are scheduled from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

· February 9, North Collins Sheriff’s Substation.

· February 24, Clarence Center Fire Hall.

· March 2, Akron School District Bus Garage.

· March 9, North Boston Fire Hall.

· March 23, Millgrove Fire Hall.
