Sheriff Howard Announces South Buffalo Yellow Dot Meeting.

Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard announces the next meeting and location for the Erie County Sheriff’s Office Yellow Dot community presentations.
The next meeting will be held February 28, at the Tosh Collins Center at 11 A.M. Erie County Sheriff’s Office and Legislator Dixon will detail how the program works, who is eligible for the program, provide free application forms and decals and assist individuals enrolling in the program.

The Yellow Dot program is free and is designed to assist first responders in accurately evaluating and treating individuals during a medical emergency, accident, or if a victim cannot communicate.
Yellow Dot is sponsored by the New York State Sherriff’s Association, and Sheriff Howard announced last October his office would host a series of free community meetings to raise the awareness of the program and enroll residents.
