PUBLIC NOTICE: Village Of Lancaster Suspends Requirement For Outdoor Dining.

In the interest of assisting Village of Lancaster eating and drinking establishments to recover from the devastating effects of being shut down by the State as a result of the COVID 19 Pandemic, Mayor William C. Schroeder is temporarily suspending the Village requirement that such establishments hold an Outdoor Dining Permit as required by Zoning Chapter 350 of the Village Code. These businesses will need to follow State, County and Village guidelines as to outdoor dining requirements such as proper social distancing however will be able to conduct business outdoors.

"It is my hope that this action will help in the economic recovery of our local businesses and that we may begin to return to a somewhat normal way of life", stated Schroeder.​
