SP Amity, Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) are attempting to locate Molton R. Lapp, 14 years old from the town of Genesee, Allegany County. Lapp was last seen on September 23, 2019 at her residence. Lapp left a note stating she was leaving the area with an unknown individual and has traveled to an unknown location. Lapp is believed to be outside New York State, possibly within the state of Pennsylvania. Lapp was last seen wearing a white shirt with black sleeves and a collar (pictured below).
Anyone one who has seen or made contact with Lapp since September 23, 2019 is requested to contact the NYSP at 585-344-6200. Refer to SJS 9167955
