Pair of juveniles arrested for Possessing a Stolen Vehicle subsequent to a traffic stop.



Tonawanda, NY - On November 4, 2018, at approximately 9:25 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-190, in the town of Tonawanda for multiple vehicle and traffic violations. During the interviewing of the driver for the traffic violations, it was determined that the vehicle was taken without the owner’s permission. The driver and passenger were taken into custody without further incident. Both males were transported to SP Buffalo and processed. They were subsequently charged with:

Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rddegree; a Class D Felony 


Both juvenile males were issued appearance tickets which were made returnable to the Erie County Family Court and released to parents. A return Family Court date of November 14, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. has been set for Erie County Family Court.
