Orchard Park Man Wanted By Kentucky Authorities Arrested By Erie Co. Sheriff’s Office.

Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard announces the arrest of an Orchard Park male after Kentucky authorities contacted the Erie County Sheriff’s Warrant Squad about an active warrant for a use of a minor in a sex performance charge.

The Sheriff’s Office was contacted on February 11 about a warrant with full extradition for Jack Davies, 21-years-old, and at 7 a.m. on February 12, Deputies initiated a search.

The Deputies’ efforts to locate the subject led to Davies’ attorney contacting the Sheriff’s Office and arrange for the subject’s surrender.  Just before 9 a.m. on February 12, Davies surrendered to Deputies at 45 Elm Street.  He was taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending his extradition to Campbell County, Kentucky.
