On March 8, 2021, SP Clarence Troopers arrested Glenn L. Ellis, 55, of Orchard Park, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
Ellis was operating his 2004 Dodge Ram on ST-33 in the Town of Cheektowaga when he was stopped for failing to signal a lane change. Further investigation revealed Ellis was in possession of suspected crack cocaine.
Ellis was transported to SP Clarence for processing and released with an appearance ticket for the town of Cheektowaga court for future arraignment.
