NO SHAVE NOVEMBER GROWS BACK. Female Deputies can Color for a Cure.



Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard announces that Deputies and Corrections Officers represented by the Erie County Police Benevolent Association, Teamsters, and CSEA are again participating in the Beards for Bucks campaign sponsored by Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Male Deputies and Corrections Officers will be allowed to grow facial hair for a donation to the campaign, and female Deputies and Corrections Officers can participate through the Color for a Cure campaign or a sponsor one of the programs. Last year, the Sheriff’s Office collected over $20,000.00 in donations for Roswell Park and this year’s goal is $25,000.00 Individuals looking to participate in the program can donate at: http://give.roswellpark.org/site/PageServer?pagename=home_page http://give.roswellpark.org/goto/holdingcenter

CSEA members just agreed to participate; that is all three unions representing officers in the ECSO engaged in the Beards For Bucks and Color for a Cure campaign.
