On October 18, 2020 at 11:19 P.M., Troopers out of SP Lockport arrested Adam P. Linderman, 38 of Lockport, NY for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 1stdegree, Operating a Motor Vehicle without a Interlock Device and other vehicle and traffic infractions.
On October 18, 2020, Troopers stopped Linderman on Transit Road in the town of Lockport for traffic infractions. While interviewing Linderman, an odor of alcoholic beverage was present. Linderman was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and transported to SP Lockport for processing. Linderman recorded a .11% BAC.
Linderman was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Lockport Court for a later date in December 2020.
