BUFFALO, N.Y., - An Erie Pennsylvania man is charged with Criminal Possession of a firearm on May 7, 2019 at 9:30 AM . According to Transit Police Investigative Service Unit, 53- year old Thomas Pearson was traveling through the Buffalo Niagara International Airport heading to Philadelphia, Pa. and was stopped after TSA agents discovered he had a firearm in his luggage as he passed through the TSA Security Checkpoint.
