Lancaster Police Patrol Logs For Sept 7th through Sept 10th.

Patrols, L.V.A.C., Bowmansville Fire Department and numerous other fire departments were dispatched to a report of a house fire on Pleasant View Drive. When he arrived on location, L.P.D. Lieutenant Robinson helped pull a male out of the residence through a window. to escape the fire. Lancaster Police detectives responded to investigate the cause of the fire. Officers checked a report of a disturbance on Broadway. Lancaster Police dispatchers handled 32 E.M.S. requests. Patrol arrested a 34 year old male from Friendship, NY on a Lancaster court warrant. An officer took a report of a larceny of a cell phone. Officers responded to 20 alarm calls. A lieutenant took a report of a fraudulent vehicle inspection sticker. Patrols investigated a report of multiple gunshots heard in the area of Cemetery/Nichter. Patrols reported that 2 males were sighting in their guns behind a residence on Nichter. A 22 year old motorcyclist from Buffalo was charged with operating an unregistered motorcycle and displaying improper plates. The motorcycle was impounded. Officers assisted 5 disabled motorists. Patrol arrested a 38 year old male for D.W.I. on Central Avenue. A 26 year old male driver from Buffalo was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license on Genesee Street. A complainant from a Broadway apartment complex reported that their unlocked vehicle had been entered. Patrols, Lancaster Village Fire Department and L.V.A.C. responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Broadway. A detective took a report of a larceny that had occurred previously at a Transit Road department store. Officers checked a report of a subject operating an A.T.V. on the Heritage Trail. Patrols assisted a tractor trailer driver whose vehicle would not fit under the bridges on Central Avenue. A complainant from Como Park Boulevard reported that loose change had been taken from 2 unlocked vehicles. Officers responded to 5 loud music complaints. Patrols checked a report of a male sleeping in the mulch outside a Transit Road restaurant overnight. Patrol transported the intoxicated 22 year old subject home.
