Lancaster Police Patrol Logs/Blotter for Oct 1st Through Oct 2nd.



Patrol arrested a 34 year old female from Buffalo in the lot of a Freeman Road motel. The subject was wanted on 2 outstanding warrants for prostitution. When patrol approached the female, a male subject who was with her ran into a guest room and slammed the door. Patrol determined that the 32 year old male from Buffalo also had active warrants. Patrols made entry into the room and took the subject into custody. The subjects were turned over to a Erie County Sheriff's Office deputy and Amherst Police, respectively. Lancaster Police dispatch handled 13 E.M.S. requests. An officer took a report of fraudulent use of a debit card. The case was forwarded to the Detective Bureau. Officers conducted traffic details on Broadway, Transit Road, Walden Avenue and William Street. Patrol took a report of theft of services. The case was referred to detectives for further investigation. Officers responded to 5 motor vehicle accidents. A complainant reported receiving suspicious phone calls. Patrol checked a report of a vehicle in a ditch on Ransom Road. A complainant reported an incident of aggravated harassment. An officer investigated a complaint of a larceny on Fernwood Drive. Patrol checked for a reported water main break on Broadway. An officer took a report of a fraudulent check. The case was forwarded to the Detective Bureau
