Lancaster Police Dept. Patrol Logs/Blotter for Sept 11th Through Sept 12th.

Patrols were dispatched to a report of a shoplifter running from a Transit Road department store. Patrol located the 29 year old female from Buffalo hiding behind a dumpster at a nearby restaurant. The subject was taken into custody and charged with petit larceny.

A complainant reported the larceny of a purse. The case was forwarded to the Detective Bureau.

Officers transported a subject to the Erie County Holding Center.

Lancaster Police dispatchers handled 9 E.M.S. requests.

Officers conducted traffic details on the following streets: Cemetery, Central, Como Park, Genesee and Walden.

A complainant reported an incident of criminal mischief to a vehicle that occurred on Olde Stone Lane.

Patrol arrested a 47 year old female from Cheektowaga for petit larceny after she was stopped for attempting to steal over $270 worth of merchandise at a Transit Road retail store.

Officers responded to 3 motor vehicle accidents.

Community policing - patrols provided traffic control on Genesee Street for a 9/11 memorial parade.

An officer took a report of harassment.

Patrols investigated a complaint of 2 suspicious vehicles observed near Cemetery Road.
