Lancaster Police Dept Patrol Logs/Blotter for Oct 4th Through Oct 5th.
A 30 year old male driver from Ohio was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation (A.U.O.) in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and unlawful possession of marijuana. The vehicle he was operating was impounded and the subject was later released on $250 bail. Officers were dispatched to 6 motor vehicle accidents, including 3 reports of vehicles striking deer. Patrols and Bowmansville Fire Department responded to a report of a truck fire on Genesee Street. Lancaster dispatch handled 15 requests for emergency medical services. A 38 year old female driver was charged with A.U.O. in the second degree and circumventing an ignition interlock device. The 49 year old female vehicle owner was charged with facilitating A.U.O. in the second degree and loaning a vehicle without an ignition interlock to a person with a restriction. The driver was released on $100 bail. Patrols checked a report of an unwanted guest at a Freeman Road motel. Patrol reported that the subjects left the property without incident. An officer took a report of aggravated harassment. The case was forwarded to the Detective Bureau. A bicycle a complainant had located on Broadway was entered by patrol into found property. Patrols responded to 7 alarm calls. A 19 year old male driver was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and driving without a license. A complainant reported seeing long hair hanging out of the trunk of a vehicle on Walden Avenue. An officer located the vehicle and reported that it was a wig put in the vehicle for Halloween.
