Lancaster Police Dept. Patrol Logs/Blotter for Oct 2nd Through Oct 3rd.

Patrols arrested a 22 year old female driver from Cheektowaga on Walden Avenue for an arrest warrant. The subject was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation (A.U.O.) in the third degree. The vehicle was towed from the scene and the subject was turned over to Cheektowaga Police. Officers responded to 10 alarm calls. Patrols were dispatched to a complaint of customer trouble at a Transit Road restaurant overnight. An officer investigated a hit and run accident on Central Avenue. Patrols arrested a 49 year old female on Cowing Street on an outstanding arrest warrant from Depew. The subject was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (a class D felony). Patrol transported the subject to Village of Lancaster Court, where she was arraigned. An officer took a report of an elderly person being the victim of a phone scam. The case was referred to the Detective Bureau for further investigation. A 52 year old male driver was arrested and charged with A.U.O. in the second degree, and driving a vehicle with no inspection and a cracked windshield. The vehicle was impounded and the subject was later released on $500 bail. Lancaster dispatch handled 10 requests for emergency medical services. Patrols transported a 19 year old male from Town of Lancaster Court to the Erie County Holding Center.
