On January 22, 2019, at approximately 6:58 a.m., State Police responded to a one car motor vehicle accident on I-90 in the town of Cheektowaga. The uninjured driver of the vehicle, Donald Kill, 63, of Lackwanna, NY, had a suspended license and was found to be intoxicated. Kill was arrested and transported to SP Buffalo where his blood alcohol content was determined to be .13%. Additionally, Kill has 2 prior DWI convictions within the last 10 years and is required to operate a vehicle with an ignition interlock device. As a result, he was subsequently charged with the following: Driving While Intoxicated; a Class C FelonyAggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree; a Class E FelonyOperating a Motor Vehicle with no Ignition Interlock Device; a Class A MisdemeanorVehicle and Traffic Violations Kill was arraigned before the Town of Cheektowaga Court and remanded to the Erie County jail. A return court date of February 28, 2019 has been set.
