Hamburg Woman Arrested For DWAI Drugs After Overdosing In Tim Hortons Drive Thru.

On April 30, 2020, SP Boston Troopers arrested Kimberly Delprince, 32, of Hamburg NY, For Driving While Ability Impaired by drugs.

Delprince was in the drive thru of Tim Hortons when she overdosed on heroin. A Tim Hortons employee flagged down a Trooper. The Trooper contacted EMS and administered Narcan to Delprince who became responsive. Delprince was transported to Mercy Hospital and was subsequently charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by drugs.

She is to be processed at a later date.
