ERIE COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE PATROL LOG FOR ALDEN AND MARILLA 11/03/18 THROUGH 11/09/18.

11/03/18:

 A resident of Crittenden Road called first aid because her grandson had fallen and hit his head.

11/04/18:

A person called from Genesee Street about some antique tables that she had sold to another person. The buyer had not paid her the correct amount as agreed on. The complainant was advised that it was a civil issue. 

11/05/18:

No calls of note.

11/06/18:

A burglar alarm was reported at a residence on Clinton Street. It had been set off by the homeowner.

A vehicle damaged the lawn at the Alden Town Park.

11/07/18:

A caller reported that a male who was either intoxicated or on drugs tried to flag him down as he drove down Meadow Drive. Patrol checked the area with negative results.

11/08/18:

Deputies responded to a disturbance on Hemstreet Road in Marilla. Twenty four year old Matthew Ginter was charged with criminal mischief and disabling or preventing a 911 call. Ginter was remanded to the county jail pending arraignment.

11/09/18:

A resident of Broadway Road reported that the neighbor drove through his field causing ruts. The neighbor agreed to take care of the issue in the spring.
