Erie County Sheriff's Office Patrol Logs from Alden and Marilla from 08/01 Through 08/07.


08/01/20:

Deputies responded to an address on West Main Street for a report of an unwanted person who would not leave. An intoxicated female was given a ride home.

A resident of Porterville Road reported a small fire in his lawn. The fire was put out by the responding deputy. The rear tire of his truck had also been slashed. He believes that his ex-girlfriend may have been involved.

08/02/20:

A large Tree fell down on Stolle Road and was blocking the roadway. The highway department was notified.

Someone dumped an old couch at the town park by the skateboarding area.

08/03/20:

A caller reported some sort of road rage incident on Jane Drive the vehicles were gone when patrol arrived.

A resident of Three Rod Road reported that her ex-boyfriend was sending unwanted texts. She was advised on how to block the texts. Patrol also told the male to stop contacting the complainant.

A resident of Lyndale lane turned over two handguns that belonged to a deceased family member.

08/04/20:

The fire department responded to Three Rod Road for a report of a flooded basement.

Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance on Peters Corners Road. Two females got into a fight. An incident report was completed. There were no charges.

08/05/20:

Deputies responded to a noise complaint on Exchange Street. The residents were advised that they were keeping the neighbors awake because of the noise.

Deputies responded to Porterville Road for a person that was having an adverse reaction to new medication. First aid took the person to the hospital.

08/06/20:

A resident of Renee Court was the victim of Fraud. The incident is under investigation.

Deputies responded to a residence Meadow Drive to do a welfare check on a female. She was fine.

A vehicle was repossessed at an address on Townline Road. The owner was advised when she called to report that it had been stolen.

08/07/20:

A fireplace was stolen from a new build house that is under construction on Bullis Road.

Deputies responded to Hemstreet Road for a noise complaint. It was quiet when patrol arrived.

An intoxicated male was charged with criminal mischief following an altercation at an address on Hemstreet Road.
