Police responded to a report of five or six males fighting in the parking lot of Walmart. The males left in vehicles prior to arrival of patrols.
A male kept calling from an address on Tonawanda Creek Road complaining about a noisy bulldozer. It is not against the law to operate construction equipment on your own property. The male was advised.
06/13/21:
A caller from Glenwood Drive called about a group of seventy-five kids and adults running around at a church that abuts his property. Patrol witness no violation of the law. The caller had claimed that the people were “ruining his evening”.
Patrol responded to a neighbor dispute on Holly Glen Court. The complainant stated that a neighbor had recorded a video making fun of his daughter and sent it to other people in the neighborhood. The dispute was over differences in opinion on how to parent.
Walmart loss prevention wished to report an incident where a male pushed a cart full of beer out of the store. The male left the area in a dark colored pickup truck.
06/14/21:
A male left his wallet at a self-checkout lane at a store on Transit Road and it was gone when he realized it and returned. The incident is under investigation.
Deputies responded to Xavier Drive to check the welfare of a male who was allegedly making threats to hurt himself. The male was fine.
Deputies responded to an injury accident on Harris Hill Road. One driver was transported with minor injuries.
06/15/21:
A twenty-eight-year old male from Clarence was charged with attempted disseminating indecent images to minors and endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly sending intimate pictures to minors.
A caller from an address on Main Street reported that teens were breaking windows at an abandoned building. Patrol checked the area and the kids were gone.
Deputies responded to a two-car accident with injuries at the intersection of Strickler Road and County Road. One person was transport with injuries.
06/16/21:
A forty -three-year old female from Lockport was charged with driving while intoxicated after she allegedly passed by a police vehicle and a tow truck at an accident scene at a high rate of speed without moving over and almost striking the police vehicle. The woman failed roadside sobriety tests and submitted to a breath test at the Clarence substation. The result was .16 of one percent or twice the legal limit. She was released to a sober third parting on traffic tickets.
Deputies responded to the Eastern Hills Mall for a report of a male in a white van who was allegedly exposing himself and engaged in inappropriate behavior. The van was gone when patrols arrived.
Deputies were called to the Brothers of Mercy apartments for a complaint that that a tenant spray painted a security camera. It was hair gel and it wiped off easily. The male was advised.
06/17/21:
A twenty-six-year old female and a twenty-seven-year old male were both arrested on outstanding warrants out of Buffalo City court following a traffic stop on Main Street.
Deputies responded to an address on Sheridan Drive for a report of a disturbance. Two people were arguing in a parking lot. No offense was committed.
Deputies responded to Schurr Road for a trespass complaint. Two neighbors were arguing over the property line. They were advised.
06/18/21:
Deputies responded to an address on Main Street. A charity had received multiple fraudulent checks.
A caller reported that two small children were riding bikes in the street without helmets on Thompson Road. Patrols checked the area with negative results.
A resident of Clarence Center Road reported fraudulent bank transactions. The incident is under investigation.
