Erie County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Logs for the Town of Clarence.

03/23/19: Deputies responded to Quest Diagnostics for a report of a disorderly patron. The subject left prior to the arrival of patrol.

A burglar alarm was reported at a residence on Deerview Lane. Patrol checked the residence and it appeared to be secure.

03/24/19: A suspicious vehicle was reported at the old teen recreation center on Sheridan Drive. A male had parked in the lot and took his dogs for a walk on the property.

Deputies had a walk in complaint about an ongoing harassment issue a female was having at school. All of the involved subjects were advised.

A male called from the Budget Inn about his lost cell phone. Another resident of the Inn claims to have found the phone but would not return his phone without a finder fee. The other subject returned the phone after he was advised that the police had been called.

03/25/19: Two people got into an argument over a wash bay at the car wash on Main Street. An older male was upset because a male was detailing his car in the bay with the best water pressure.

A white BMW with a black convertible top hit a fence at the corner of Kraus Road and Keller Road and then drove away. If anyone has information on the vehicle you can contact the sheriff’s non-emergency number 716-858-2903 in reference to case number 19-023640.

03/26/19: A 911 hang up call came in from an address on Black Walnut Drive. It was accidental.

A resident of Northfield Road called about an intoxicated male who lives next door. The male sits in his garage drinking and blares loud music. The male turned the music down after speaking with deputies.

A caller reported that a vehicle was parked along Wehrle Road and that the driver got out and dragged something into the woods. It was a hunter from the bait and shoot program to control the deer population.

03/27/19: Deputies responded to an address on Goodrich Road for a report of an intoxicated female who was attempting to hurt herself with a knife. The female was located in the fields behind her house and was taken to the hospital.

03/28/19: Three females were detained for shoplifting at Party City on Transit Road. Nukia Funderburk, Teona Funderburk and Ashley Simmonsia were charged with petit larceny and conspiracy to commit a crime. All three were processed and released on appearance tickets.

Forty nine year old Lori Johnson was arrested on a warrant for a harassment incident that occurred on Goodrich Road in 2016. She was remanded to the holding center.

03/29/19: Deputies responded to an address on Xavier Drive for an unwanted guest complaint. A male was removed from the residence and was advised not to return.

A tow resident reported that the power of attorney had stolen money from her. A police report was completed.

There was a report of a yellow ATV racing around on Old Goodrich Road. Patrol spoke with the people at the residence where the owner of the vehicle lives.
