**The following list is only a sample of all the complaints handled by Deputies**
05/15/21:
Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious person sleeping along the side of the road on Walden Avenue. The male had an outstanding warrant out of Niagara Falls. He was turned over to Niagara Falls Police.
A burglar alarm was reported at a business on Clinton Street. Patrol checked the building and found it to be secure.
05/16/21:
Deputies stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation on Wende Road. The forty-four-year old male driver was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree for his license being suspended for an alcohol related conviction. The male was also charged for driving a vehicle without an alcohol interlock device.
Deputies responded to a neighbor dispute on Townline Road in Marilla. A caller was upset because she claims that the neighbor was using fireworks last night and the following morning she found small holes in her pool cover. Advised that there was no evidence of what caused the damage.
Patrols responded to Bayview Drive for a report of three youths fighting in the street. The youths had dispersed prior to the arrival of patrol.
05/17/21:
A caller from a business on Broadway reported that the neighboring business is illegally dumping things on his property. Advised to call the code enforcement officer who is in charge of enforcing the local town codes.
Deputies responded to a burglar alarm on Townline Road. The re was an issue with a faulty glass sensor.
05/18/21:
A person came to the Alden Sheriff’s Station to file a complaint about a pastor bad mouthing her and making it hard for her to continue her degree to become a minister. She was advised to speak with an attorney because it is a civil issue not criminal.
A caller reported that a pickup had stopped at his roadside stand on Jamison Road and had taken about seventy dollars in plants for a garden and left five dollars. Deputies tracked down the truck and advised the male to either return the bulk of the items or pay the caller sixty-five dollars.
05/19/21:
A resident of East Blood Road called at 1:00 a.m. to report a loud party in the neighborhood that was keeping everyone up. When patrol got on scene, all was quiet.
A caller reported a disturbance between a male and a female on Wescott Avenue. A female spoke with patrol via telephone and said that there had been an argument and that she had left and was never going back.
A male called to report loud music at 1:00 near the corner of Two Rod Road and Broadway. Three males were at the car wash with their stereos on really loud. They were advised to turn the music down dur to it being late and people were trying to sleep.
05/20/21:
Deputies responded to a neighbor dispute on East Bonnie Lake Drive. Patrol spoke with both involved individuals and advised them to stay away from each other.
The village highway department requested that police stand by because they were paving on Broadway and a male who lives in the area has threatened workers in the past.
05/21/21:
Deputies responded to a disturbance on Three Rod Road. A domestic incident report was completed. There were no charges.
The village highway department requested that police stand by while they were finishing up work on Broadway because of a male that gets angry with them.
A male called from an address on Clinton Street. He had purchased a trail camera on E-Bay which turned out to be stolen. He tried getting help from the company web site but they refused because the camera had been reported stolen in Michigan.
