Erie County Sheriff's Office Patrol Logs for Marilla and Alden 7/4 Through 7/10.


Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance on Genesee Street. Two people were fighting over a set of keys.

Someone called in a possible under age party on Virginia Drive. Patrol spoke with the homeowner. No violations observed.


Luis Angel Torregrosa was charged with obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest. The incident occurred on Clinton Street.

Deputies responded to the area of Two Rod Road and Cary Road for a complaint of a person who left at party and was lost. The female had gotten a ride home from to Lackawanna from a friend.


Keith Milks was charged with harassment and obstruction governmental administration after he was involved in an altercation at the County Jail in Alden.

A caller from Williston Road reported an unregistered ATV with a loud muffler was racing up and down the street.


A resident of Westwood Road reports that she is the victim of identity. Someone has been going to ECMC and getting medical treatment under her identity.


A resident of Hemstreet Road reported that a male that she did not know was stumbling around drunk. He claimed that he was looking for a dog.

Deputies responded to a disturbance at an address on Genesee Street. One of the involved people left in a vehicle before police arrived.

A caller stated that a male came stumbling down Broadway with no shirt or shoes and he got into an unlocked vehicle at Sunoco and passed out. Deputies to the individual home.


A resident of East Avenue reported that her son took off about three weeks ago.


Deputies responded to East Blood Road for a report of 5-6 cows in the roadway.
