Erie County Sheriff's Office Patrol Logs for Elma, NY from 2/10 Through 2/16.

2/10:

Alarm.

Jamison Rd.

-Deputies responded to an alarm activation at the business. The building was secure.


2/10:

Suspicious Vehicle.

W Blood Rd.

-A Complainant reports a FedEx truck in the driveway for 15 minutes. No driver could be seen in the truck. Prior to the patrol's arrival, the truck left and the complainant wished to cancel the request for service.


2/10:

Fraud.

Tiffany La.

-Adult Protective Services (APS) reported that a client may have been scammed out of $157,000 after thinking he won a lottery of some kind. Deputies responded to the residence but the male was not home. Patrol will attempt to meet with the male at a later date and time.


2/10:

Mental Assistance.

N Blossom Rd.

-Deputies responded to a female reportedly self-harming herself. Wounds were superficial at this time. The patient willingly allowed Blossom Fire to transport them to ECMC for further treatment.


2/11:

Alarm.

Rolling Green La.

-Deputies started to respond to the residence for an alarm activation. The alarm company called back to cancel as they received the proper code.


2/11:

Welfare Check.

Hessland Ct.

-A Complainant reports receiving a voicemail from the night prior that a female was dizzy and not feeling well. They would like her checked on. Patrol located the female from the return phone number. She was doing better and had misdialed another phone number.


2/11:

Accident.

Transit Rd.

-Deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene. The accident information exchange form was filled out and issued to both drivers.

Maple Rd @ Rte 400.

-Deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene. The accident information exchange form was filled out and issued to both drivers.


2/11:

Alarm.

Handy Rd.

-Deputies responded to an alarm activation. Patrol spoke to the keyholder on location. Apparent alarm malfunction.


2/11:

Suspicious Incident.

Cragburn Dr.

-A Complainant reports hearing something or someone upstairs in the residence. Patrol checked the residence with negative results.


2/11:

Suspicious Vehicle.

Schwartz Rd.

-A Complainant reports an older sedan driving up and down the road occasionally pulling off the road. The driver was lost, trying to find directions.


2/11:

Suspicious Incident.

South Rd.

-A Complainant reports hearing voices outside the bedroom window. Patrol checked the area. Unable to locate anyone in the neighborhood outside.


2/12:

Unknown Trouble.

Stolle Rd.

-Deputies responded to a female arguing on the phone and then hung up. No answer on call back. The female misdialed the phone and was apparently arguing with herself.


2/12:

Alarm.

Bowen Rd.

-Deputies responded to an alarm activation. A rear door was left unsecured. The building was cleared and secured upon leaving. Apparent oversight when locking up.


2/12:

Noise Complaint.

Bullis Rd.

-A Complainant reports loud music in the area. Patrol spoke with the residents regarding loud music. Patrol did not witness any loud music when in the area.


2/12:

ATV – Operate Street.

Townline Rd.

-Deputies came across a teenager operating a newly repaired dirt bike in the street. The subject was escorted home and the parents were made aware of the situation.


2/16:

Alarm – Medical.

Bowen Rd.

-Fire responded to Townhall for a D-Fib Alarm going off AIO


2/13:

Suspicious Person W/ Vehicle.

Bowen Rd.

-A Complainant reported a male outside taking pictures of children inside the building. The male left 30 minutes prior to patrol being made aware. Only wanted the situation documented.


2/13:

Suspicious Incident.

N Blossom Rd.

-A Complainant states someone is backing up a U-Haul onto his property. Nobody or vehicles were on scene when patrol arrived. The complainant’s sister was there and did not witness anyone either.


2/14:

Unknown Trouble.

Stoneridge La.

-Deputies responded to a female yelling an address in the city of Buffalo on repeat. BPD was sent to that address to check it out. Deputies responded to the address on file for the phone number. AIO


2/14:

Alarm.

Cragburn Dr.

-Deputies responded to an alarm activation. Alarm company canceled after receiving proper code.


2/15:

Road Obstruction.

Rte 400 @ Maple Rd.

-A complainant reports a kitchen sink in the lane of travel. Deputies responded but were unable to locate the sink.


2/15:

Accident.

Bullis Rd @ Transit Rd.

-Deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident. No injuries were reported to patrol. An accident information exchange was completed and issued to both drivers.


2/16:

Welfare Check.

Girdle Rd.

-Deputies responded to check on a child that did not make it to school today. The student was in good health and in good spirits. The mother was sick with Flu and was unable to get the child to the bus on time.


2/16:

Domestic.

Meadow Dr.

-Deputies responded to a report of an argument that occurred earlier in the day. The complainant did not want to pursue charges of harassment. Only wish the incident to be documented because they filed for divorce and the other party is due to be served shortly. Domestic incident report and police report completed.


2/16:

Alarm.

Jamison Rd.

-Deputies responded to an alarm activation. Determined to be a false alarm.


2/16:

Suspicious Person.

Kalla La @ W Blood Rd.

-A complainant reports a male dressed in all black walking down the road with what appeared to be a gun slung across his back. Deputies and State Police checked the area with negative results.
