Deputies responded to Two Rod Road for a custody dispute. A male showed up to pick up his child and the female would not send the child out. An incident report was completed and the incident was referred back to Family Court.
A female called from Bush Gardens to complain about a male that had been trapping raccoons and dumping the carcasses in a field. The caller was referred to the department of environmental conservation.
Twenty seven year old Matthew Frayne was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Broadway in Alden.
A resident of Peters Corners Road stated that a male was going door to door trying to sell replacement windows. The male was advised to get the proper permit.
A resident of Zoeller Road was upset because his former tenant (cousin) had stopped over and was video-taping the property. They are having a civil disagreement over ownership of the property. No criminal violations were committed.
A family court summons was served on a male at an address on Two Rod Road.
A resident of Porterville Road called in a complaint of a neighbor harassing his girlfriend. Patrol spoke to the two involved persons and they each had a different story over who started it. Both were advised.
Deputies responded to Kellogg Street for a report of a disturbance. Twenty eight year old Brian Congdon was charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. Congdon was transported to the holding center pending arraignment.
A resident of Jamison Road called about a suspicious vehicle at a neighbor’s house. Patrol spoke with the driver of the vehicle. She owns a small business that comes to your home and they clean up dog droppings.
