Erie County Sheriff's Office Patrol Logs For Alden and Marilla. 04/11 Through 04/17.

04/11/20:

Patrols have handled multiple calls about various groups of people gathering and having parties and failing to adhere to social distancing.


Deputies responded to a burglar alarm on Baxter Avenue. It had been set off by the homeowner.


04/12/20:

An elderly male turned a credit card over to deputies. He had found the item while out for a walk on Crittenden Road. Patrol returned the item to the owner.


Fire investigators from the sheriff’s office responded to a residential fire on Broadway.


Patrol responded to Three Rod Road for several cows that were wandering around loose.


04/13/20:

A resident of Liberia Road reported that someone had damaged the mailbox by hitting it with something.


Deputies responded to an address on Three Rod Road for a welfare check. A female had been talking to crisis services and the phone had gone dead. Everything was fine.


04/14/20:

A resident of West Main Street requested a police report for a cell phone that was allegedly stolen when it was delivered by Federal Express.


A female resident of Abby Lane reported that she is the executor of her grandmother’s estate and that other family members are harassing her.


04/15/20:

A resident of Bush Gardens Believes that someone had tried to break into her garage.


A male with special needs took of from home on Park Street. He possibly took a vehicle from the area and was likely headed to Buffalo. The male was located at Zolad’s and was taken home.


04/16/20:

Deputies were called to North Blossom Lea Drive for a report of an out of control seventeen-year old male. The male was advised that he needed to follow the rules of the house until he moved out.


A resident of Village Park Drive received a fraudulent email. She was advised on what to do.


Patrols were called to an ongoing family dispute on East Blood Road. All parties were advised.


04/17/20:

Deputies responded to an address on Kellogg Street to check on a child per a call from a social worker. Nobody appeared to be home either time patrol stopped by.

A resident of Anne Drive reported an open door at the neighbor’s house. Everything appeared to be in order and the door was pulled shut.
