Erie County Sheriff's Office Patrol Logs For Alden and Marilla 03/30/19 - 04/05/19


03/30/19: Tree branches were blocking a lane of Traffic on Jamison Road. They were removed by patrol.

A performer fainted during a play at the Alden Christian Theater Society.

03/31/19: Patrols responded to a call of a possible drunk driver on Bullis Road. Patrol checked the area with negative results.

04/01/19: Deputies responded to a disturbance on Hemstreet Road. An incident report was completed and a female left the residence for the night. There were no charges.

04/02/19: Deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding on Two Rod Road in Marilla. Forty two year old Amy Morgan was driving a suspended non driver ID card. She was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. She was released on traffic tickets pending her appearance in court.

Deputies arrested forty seven year old Robin Hollenbaugh was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant while she was confined at the county correctional facility on Walden Avenue.

Thirty one year old Thomas Sniadecki was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation. He was at the correctional facility on other charges.

04/03/19: Deputies responded to a loose dog complaint at the Alden Town Park. A man was advised to keep his bulldog on the leash.

04/04/19: Deputies responded to Bayview Drive for a loud music complaint. A male was sitting in his vehicle playing the stereo very loudly while people were trying to sleep. He was advised to turn the music off.

04/05/19: A female from Rundel Road nearly fell victim to a common scam where a company claims that your computer has a virus and then tries to scam you out of money. This is a fairly common scam. The person often moves money from one bank account or credit card into your account to make it look like they credited you but it’s your own money that they move.
