ERIE COUNTY SHERIFF’S PATROL LOG FOR NEWSTEAD AND AKRON FOR THE WEEK OF 10/13/24 TO 10/19/24



10/13/24:

Patrol responded to East Ave for a two car motor vehicle accident. Minor injuries were reported.


First Aid responded to Crescent Dr for a medical alarm activation.


First Aid responded to Siehl Rd.



10/14/24:

The Fire Department responded to Front St for an oven fire.


Patrol responded to a one car motor vehicle accident on Skyline Dr. A vehicle left the roadway and struck a utility pole. The driver failed multiple sobriety tests and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.


The Fire Department responded to Dorsch Rd for a CO Detector activation.


First Aid responded to Meahl Rd.


First Aid responded to Maple Rd.


Patrol conducted a welfare check on Cedar St.



10/15/24:

A burglar alarm was activated on East Ave. It was a false alarm.


Patrol responded to a two car motor vehicle accident on Main Rd. No injuries were reported.


The Fire Department responded to Main Rd for a CO detector activation.



10/16/24:

First Aid responded to Ice Cream Dr.


The Fire Department responded to Westgate Ave for a fire alarm activation.


First Aid responded to Randy Dr.


First Aid responded to Tonawanda Creek Rd.


First Aid responded to Holly St.


First Aid responded to Meahl Rd.



10/17/24:

First Aid responded to Aspen St.


First Aid responded to a medical alarm activation on Dover Downs St.



10/18/24:

Patrol responded to Martin Rd for a report of multiple dogs fighting. The dogs were separated and the Dog Control Officer was notified.


Patrol conducted a welfare check on Saratoga La.



10/19/24:

First Aid responded to Westgate Ave.


Patrol conducted a welfare check on Wesley Dr.
