ERIE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE PATROL LOG FOR THE TOWN OF CLARENCE.
03/09/19: A resident of Ransom Road Called in a complaint about a neighbor’s dog that had been barking for a long period of time. The dog control officer was advised.
A burglar alarm was reported at an address on Bodine Road. It had been set off by a family member.
03/10/19: Twenty nine year old Michael Sawyer was charged with over 40 traffic infractions and misdemeanors I Clarence and Newstead, after he was involved in two separate police chases through multiple towns in Erie County. Sawyer was eventually arrested in Evans after police there used spike strips to deflate the tires on his vehicle and he struck a patrol car trying to get away. Sawyer has a history of running from police.
A caller reported leaving his wallet at Old Country Buffett. The wallet was gone when he returned.
03/11/19: Deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction on Greiner Road and charged the nineteen year old driver with possession of concentrated cannabis and possession of marijuana.
Deputies responded to a disturbance on Cummings Drive. It was a verbal argument and one of the involved parties left for the night.
03/12/19: Twenty six year old Kayla Rinaldi was charged with petit larceny after being detained for shoplifting at Walmart on Transit Road. Rinaldi was detained while leaving the store without paying for sixty dollars in merchandise.
A suspicious person call occurred on Thornwood Drive. A female caller stated that there was a white vehicle in the driveway and now hears a male voice downstairs. It was the caller’s grandfather.
03/13/19: Fifty seven year old Pamela Intrabraolo was charged with petit larceny after she was detained while attempting to leave Walmart with thirty dollars in unpaid merchandise.
Deputies were called to Brianna’s Nook for a report of suspicious persons. Two males were going door to door evangelizing for the LDS church. Police have received several calls about the two subjects. Going door to door proclaiming Jesus is a constitutionally protected right.
03/14/19: Deputies stopped a vehicle on Transit Road for a traffic infraction. A passenger in the vehicle had an outstanding warrant out of the city of Buffalo. While deputies were detaining fifty seven year old Shenna Rowe on the warrant, she was found to be in the possession of narcotics. Rowe was charged with criminal possession of controlled substance and was transported to the holding center.
03/15/19: Deputies stopped a vehicle on Transit Road for a traffic infraction and arrested twenty four year old Nicholas Numeracki on a warrant from the village of Depew. The subject was turned over to Depew Police.
A manager from a Transit Road auto dealership reported that spare tires had been stolen from four vehicles which are being stored behind the Eastern Hills Mall.
