ERIE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE PATROL LOG FOR ALDEN AND MARILLA 12/08/18 THROUGH 12/14/18
12/08/18: Forty six year old Montu Lighten was arrested on an outstanding warrant from criminal contempt in the second degree while he was being held at the correctional facility in Alden on unrelated charges.
12/09/18: First aid responded to an address on Peters Corners for an intoxicated person who was possibly not responding. The person was transported to the hospital.
First aid transported a male from an address on Townline Road after he reported falling on the ice and injuring himself.
12/10/18: Twenty five year old Daquan Newkirk was charged with possession of controlled substance and possession of contraband. The incident occurred at the correctional facility on Walden Avenue.
12/11/18: The property manager of Bush Gardens called to report that she was checking water meters and she claimed that she had seen what appeared to be 2 long guns between two garbage cans. They were broken air soft guns.
12/12/18: A caller reported seeing fire coming from a train car moving westbound from Exchange Street. No fire was observed by patrol. Norfolk southern was advised by police dispatch.
12/13/18: A nineteen year old Male was charged with aggravated harassment of a jail employee and criminal mischief. The male had gotten into an altercation with staff at the county correctional facility.
12/14/18: Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident on North Road. Twenty eight year old Joshua Angielczyk was charged with operating with a suspended registration and failing to keep right on a two lane road.
