ERIE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE PATROL LOG FOR ALDEN AND MARILLA 12/01/18 THROUGH 12/07/18.

12/01/18: A female called from an address on Bush Gardens reporting that two men were fighting. After speaking with a family member it was determined that the call was unfounded.
12/02/18: Deputies were called to Hemstreet Road for an argument between a male and his wife. They were arguing over the license plates on the car. The plates needed to be turned in to the DMV because they had been suspended for an insurance lapse. The male left for the night.
12/03/18: The manager of an auto repair shop on Genesee Street called about an abandoned vehicle. He was advised that if the vehicle is on their property that they may have it towed.
12/04/18: Deputies stopped a vehicle for a speeding infraction on Two Rod Road in Marilla. A subsequent check of the vehicles registration showed that it was suspended for lack of insurance. John Barber (age thirty one) was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and he was released on traffic tickets.
Deputies were dispatched to an address on Kellogg Street to advise a person that a family member had been in an accident and was currently at the hospital. The information was passed along to the person at the address.
12/05/18: A caller reported that a vehicle was swerving all over the road on Broadway near Town Line Road. Patrol checked the area with negative results.
12/06/18: A caller stated that the railroad crossing gates were not functioning properly on Two Rod Road. The railroad was advised and a crew responded to fix the issue.
12/07/18: A vehicle was repossessed at a residence on Kellogg Street. The owner was not aware.
A resident of Hemstreet Road reported that a neighbor was playing his stereo very loud and was disturbing people. Patrol checked the area and did not hear any music.
