ERIE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE PATROL LOG FOR ALDEN AND MARILLA 10/05 THROUGH 10/11.

10/05/19:

Deputies were called to Exchange Street for an ongoing neighbor dispute. Both subjects were advised.


A resident of Crittenden Road called about a contractor whom he gave a deposit to and the man had not returned to complete the work. He was advised that it was a civil issue.


10/06/19:

Deputies responded to Bayview Drive for a report of a disturbance. Patrol spoke to a male and a female who had been arguing. The male was moving out and they got into an argument over property.


First Aid responded to Abby Lane for a male who was having leg pain. The male was transported to the hospital.

10/07/19:

A female called from an address on Genesee Street. She had questions about a disturbance that had occurred a few days before.


A male called from an address on Two Rod Road. He was upset because his wife had taken property and a vehicle and had not returned. He was advised that marital property is not considered stolen.


10/08/19:

Deputies stopped a car for a speeding infraction on Broadway. Twenty five year old Brandon Ziolkowski was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree for failing to answer traffic tickets. Ziolkowski was also arrested on a warrant out of Depew court and he was turned over to the Depew Police.

10/09/19:

Deputies and the FBI arrested twenty eight year old Edwin Rosario at an address on West Main Street in Alden. Police had received a complaint that Rosaio had been attempting to contact minors on Snapchat and lure them to his residence to drink alcohol and have sex. Rosario was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and attempting a criminal sex act with a minor. Rosario was remanded to the holding center pending arraignment.

10/10/19:

Twenty eight year old Ryan Rodems was stopped by deputies for a speeding infraction on Walden Avenue. Rodems was also charged with driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. His license had been revoked for an alcohol related conviction earlier this year.


First aid responded to Bush Gardens for a person that was having chest pain. The person was transported to the hospital.

10/11/19:

Deputies were called to an address on Hemstreet Road for a disturbance. Thirty three year old Alan Bolton was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment. He was remanded to the holding center pending arraignment.


A female called from a residence on Cary Road to report someone had broken into the house. It was her brother in law and her sister. She lives at their residence.
