Twenty-three-year old Austin Jimerson was charged with criminal mischief after he allegedly damaged a door on a mobile home on Hemstreet Road. He was released on appearance ticket and transported to the hospital because he was so intoxicated that he could not care for himself.
Deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident at Broadway and Townline Road. Nobody was injured.
Deputies responded to Anne Drive for a child custody dispute. The male half had not brought the children home at the time set in the custody agreement and when he did bring the children he forgot their medication. Complainant was advised and the issues were documented.
A resident of Hemstreet Road called because someone was knocking on the walls of her mobile home. Two intoxicated males from next door were advised.
Thirty-five-year old Jessica Woznik was charged with driving with a suspended license after her vehicle was stopped for speeding on Clinton Street.
Fifty-year-old Cesrae Ruffins was charged with harassment and obstruction of governmental administration after shoved an officer at the correctional facility and fought with staff after refusing to lock down after an incident.
A complainant reported that someone had used a spare key to enter her deceased parent’s home and took some of the parent’s belongings.
A resident of Clinton Street reported that people have been dumping garbage on his property including a refrigerator. He was advised to get a camera to monitor the property.
A resident of Peters Corners Road Reported that someone had smashed the windows out of his vehicle.
Deputies responded to Tomarsue Drive for a 911 hang up call. It was accidental by the homeowner.
Deputies responded to an address in Marilla to assist Crisis Services with an evaluation. The person was transported to Erie County Medical Center.
Deputies responded to Hemstreet Road for a report of unwanted calls and texts. A male was getting harassed by an ex-girlfriend. The female was advised to stop contacting the male.
Police responded to an address on Genesee Street in Alden for a report of a possible break in. Thirty-year-old Stephen Esposito was charged with possession of narcotics. He was processed at the Erie County Sheriff’s Station and released on appearance tickets pending arraignment.
A male called from an address on Broadway. Someone had stolen his vehicle. The Cheektowaga police apprehended three people in the stolen vehicle later that day and the owner was advised that he could retrieve the vehicle from Cheektowaga police impound.
