Erie Co. Sheriffs Patrol Logs for the Town of Clarence. 11/10/18 Through 11/16/18.

11/10/18: Deputies responded to Roseville Lane for an assist person complaint. He had let a friend stay at his residence because of domestic issues and now the woman’s husband was allegedly threatening him. Both subjects were advised.

11/11/18: Deputies responded to Barton Road for a loud music complaint. The neighbors reported that intoxicated people were outside and loud music was playing. The subjects were advised to go inside and to turn the music down.

11/12/18: Deputies stopped a vehicle on Main Street for traffic violations. Thirty four year old Daniel Brown failed roadside sobriety tests and was charged with driving while intoxicated. Brown was also charged with operating without insurance and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration. A breath test showed that Brown had a blood alcohol content of .12 of one percent. He was released on traffic tickets to a sober third party.

11/13/18: A resident of Scottsdale Road reported that a vehicle had crashed into her mailbox and trashcans. The vehicle fled the area prior to the arrival of patrol.

A resident of Via Marina Drive reported that he two adult sons were fighting. One of the males left shortly before the arrival of patrol.

11/14/18: A resident of Pine Cone Court called police about two kids that were swinging sticks at one another. She was afraid that someone may get hurt. Patrol checked the area with negative results.

A vehicle crashed into a tree on Shimerville Road. The driver was transported to the hospital complaining of back pain.

11/15/18: A male reported that a handgun was stolen when he was being treated on a first aid call. The male called back and reported that he had been mistaken and that he had located his pistol.

11/16/18:

A burglar alarm was reported at an address on Strickler Road. The building appeared to be secure.

A low hanging wire was reported on Heise Road. It was a cable line and it was removed from the roadway.
