Erie Co. Sheriffs Patrol Logs for Alden. 11/10/18 Through 11/16/18.



11/10/18:

Deputies responded to Mechanic Street in Alden. A tree had fallen on power lines causing low hanging wires. The power company responded to the scene.


11/11/18:

Deputies received a call from Lyndale Lane in Marilla. A person was upset because the neighbor had cut down the hedges along the property line. The caller was advised that the issue should be handled in small claims court.


11/12/18:

A resident of Town Line Road reported that a wheelchair van had slid off the roadway onto her lawn. Nobody was injured.

Patrols responded to Anne Drive for a disturbance. There had been a verbal argument between a male and his wife. No offenses were committed.


11/13/18:

First Aid responded to Three Rod Road for a report of a person that was having difficulty breathing.


11/14/18:

Deputies were called to an address on Genesee Street for a report that items were taken from a residence and a vehicle was missing. Bradford Zaprzal was charged with petit larceny and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Zaprzal was remanded to the holding center pending arraignment.


11/15/18:

Jourdan Gingrich was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Big Tree Road in Wales. Gingrich was released on an appearance ticket.

11/16/18:

A resident of Eastwood road reported that he was getting unwanted texts. He was advised how to block the texts.

A resident of Bonnie Lake Drive called to complain about a plow truck that plows driveways in the area. The caller was “fed up” with the truck plowing snow into the road.
