Erie Co. Sheriffs Office Patrol Logs For Marilla and Alden Oct 6th Through Oct 12th.
10/06/18: Multiple zone alarms were reported at a business on Townline Road. Patrol checked the business and it appeared to be secure. A volunteer who was putting up decorations for homecoming at Alden Central School on Park Street called because kids keep pulling down the decorations.
10/07/18: A vehicle had been repossessed at an address on Bullis Road. The owner was aware. First Aid responded to an address on Irving Street for a female that fell down and hurt her leg. The female was transported to the hospital. 10/08/18: Thirty seven year old Richard Boswell is facing multiple charges for stealing a cart full of items from Tops Market in Alden and then attempting to steal several vehicles in Alden before stealing a van from a business on Broadway. Detectives from the Sheriff’s Office charged Boswell with multiple felonies. Boswell was arrested while he was in custody at the county jail on unrelated charges. 10/09/18: A fire alarm was reported at a residence on West Alaura Drive. It was accidental. 10/10/18: Twenty four year old Tyler Taylor was arrested on an outstanding family court warrant while he was being confined to the county correction facility on Walden Avenue. A resident of Pohl Road was looking for assistance retrieving his vehicle that was locked inside of an auto repair shop that had gone out of business. Deputies advised the owner of the building that the vehicle needed to be released to the titled owner.
10/11/18: Forty year old Paul Mioducki was arrested on an outstand bench warrant out of county court. He was arrested at an address on North Shore in Alden and was remanded to the county Jail. Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident at the corner of Broadway and Two Rod Road. Both drivers were evaluated for injury and signed off. 10/12/18: Deputies responded to a suspicious incident on Two Rod Road. A female was sitting on a bridge overpass wrapped in a blanket around midnight. The female stated that she was fine. She stated that she was just out getting some fresh air. The owner of a house on Fairview Drive reported that their son’s ex-girlfriend had caused damage to the property.
